Singapore Breakfast

When corn flakes are not enough . . . Citrus and I loaded Lemon into the stroller and headed to the hawker stalls for breakfast and a quick trip to a wet market. Click on the photo below for a quick pictorial of our morning.

Dangerous Duck?

OTOH, can’t go wrong with a $2 plate of roast duck. Yum… Or can you? While I was eating my plate of roast duck and rice from a hawker stall I noticed that another hawker had an ‘A’ rating placard.  The Singapore hawkers are graded A-B-C-D according to cleanliness with inspections every six to eight weeks.  There [...]
