. . . her moves were slow as molasses.
We drove downtown today for our daughter’s first wu-shu class. Ever since she saw Kung Fu Panda she has been leaping around the house so we had high hopes for her happiness today.
She was a wallflower most of the class and was very shy. To be fair, she was the new kid and was not familiar with the moves. Next week we hope she will try a little harder but it might be a good idea for us to leave the room and not be a distraction.
