While there, he remembered riding on the back of a carabao seated behind two local boys. He thought that without a doubt he would fall off and die, but was determined to stay on because making city boys look like sissies would be a far worse fate! I love the house--it is beautiful. Such lovely details. The goat feeding picture gave me flashbacks of the Oakland zoo and feeding goats--didn't they put the feed in plain ice cream cones?
