They took about an hour to upload on our 40K wifi connection, but here are a few of the photos I took at the Botanic Garden a week or so ago. I would like to note that the pictures are not overexposed — the whole country is very bright at mid-day.
Click on the photo for a larger image of the trees, and CLICK HERE for the photo gallery.
I thought these trees were spectacular and they had many in the botanic garden. And then on the way home I noticed that they were also in the median of the roadways. In other words, they are common landscaping trees. Not exotic at all!
[In the gallery, the link back to the blog probably does not work. I am not spending another hour of uploading to correct it.]

Very nice pics. I especially love the ones with your daughter — she’s so photogenic!
The link doesn’t work perfectly but it does get you to the recent posts and you can click on Botanic Garden Photos and be back here, no problem!
Lovely photos. I want to see something on that stage–what is it for? Concerts? dances?
And those trees may not be exotic where you are but they are exotic to us and they would be really cool animated.
Who’s the pianist?
The pianist is apparently none other than Chopin, unveiled October 2008.
