I took a negotiation workshop with him about a year ago...so far the only negotiating I do is nearly every conversation with my daughter. So it seemed appropriate. I have not tried color flow icing yet. I probably could have used colored sugar for the caterpillar, but the books were done with buttercream frosting and a #3 and #13(?) star tip. I lucked out on getting the colors exactly right -- it's like wet paint and looks a little different (darker) when dry... Not as unique at first glance as the Hippie cake, but the detail is amazing. Maybe it wasn't intentional, but I love how the "YES" looks like cross-stitching detail.
